Purpose The National Colostrum Network ( NCN) is an organization committed to meeting the colostrum needs of the United States neonatal equine community. In order to best meet the colostrum needs of horse breeders across the country, the NCN is accessible twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year by calling (651) 647-8391.
